Sphere Consulting has recently participated in a hackathon. If you aren’t familiar with this word, as I was, don’t worry, I will explain what it is.
Hackathon is an event when programmers meet to do collaborative computer programming. Usually in a limited amount of time, say 36-48 hours, programmers have to come up with a software product.
It was fun to hang out with other developers and by the end of the event new ideas just started popping out of my head. Thanks to the host, Peter Morano, the atmosphere was very friendly and we felt like home.
If you want to know more, Chicago Tribune has published a good overview of the event.
